Elli,

That’s one place I definately want to visit. And the Outer Hebrides, and the Alaskan islands, and a WHOLE heap of other come to think of it!

Such a snese of place with this illo – those deep earth colours – I’m thinking, cold deep waters, with a wicked wind at times that sneaks right up on you.

I’ve been so slack with illustration friday projects. I have to complete 4 paintings by Friday for Uni (in mediums and techniques that are leaving me underwhelmed at best), PLUS 2 works for an exhibition by next Monday. Stress and Pressure anyone?

How was your trip? Are you feeling refreshed and energised? Or do you need a holiday now!
Stay happy,
Cindy

mich beeindrucken Deine professionellen Bilder sehr. Zeichnungen von dieser atmosphärischen Dichte habe ich in letzter Zeit nur bei diesem Maler (der in Chiavenna arbeitet) gesehen: http://www.brunoritter.ch/

I like your watercolor works, no exception for this one, the background scene is so beautifully done!
