墨流し suminagashi means spilled ink and is a wonderfully patterned damascus steel blade. 三徳包丁 santoku bōchō is the knife of three virtues, suitable for cutting meat, fish and vegetables. such a masterpiece is definitely on my kitchen equipment wish-list ;-)
